Ballerina by Chulin Ding aged 7ballerina-20clip-20art-ncXBqzdcB

I wish I was a ballet dancer.

I would wear a costume that is made of feathers

and glittery, shiny tights

and I would point my toes like a real ballerina does.

I would be so elegant like a princess.

Imagine everyone applauding at me and throwing red roses at me.

Dog by Emma Hoile aged 6

I  wish I had a dog

I wouldn’t mind if it licked my facedog-clipart-bcyEjBRMi

I don’t care if it eats my food

I would do anything for a dog

I would feed it

I would wash it

I just want a dog

I would be happy if I got it for a present or as an Easter egg

but only if it’s tame

I would also look after it’s  babies I would feed them and wash them, please, please can I have a dog?

Friendship is playing on the beach with your friends till sunset.

Friendship is digging in the sand.

Friendship is playing with the sun on your back on a hot day

Friendship is swimming and splashing in the waves with your friends

Friendship is the best!

OWLS by Khalil aged 8

Owls are clever, cunning and cool with their sharp pointy beaks to peck themselves a tasty treat.

They really are very hairy but that doesn’t make them any scary.owl

With fingers that hang on the end of wings which really are feathery things.

They feel so soft they cant harm you much

as they soar through the air with their shocking glare.

Happiness By Amy Light aged 8

Happiness is like eating an ice cream and lying on a sun bed.

Happiness is playing on the beach with your family.

Happiness is winning a gymnastic competition.

Happiness is finding an Easter egg in an Easter Hunt on Easter Sunday.ice cream

Happiness is being a big sister.

Happiness is riding a roller coaster.

Happiness is you and me.

Mystery is somcaravaneone knocking on the door

Mystery is an Egyptian pyramid full of fright and mystifying  mummy’s

Mystery is curtains drawn closed

badger.06‘Badger by Sophia Panayi aged 9

He walks along the autumn leaves,

Leaving trails of paw prints.

He sniffs and sniffs or what he seeks,

And then he finds his piece of meat.

Stripey, soft and fuzzy tails,

People say they’re cute.

But deep inside,

They’re vicious and scary too

His ears twitch, his tail moves,

He finds his prey, his favourite food.

The winter comes,

Time to hibernate.

Goodbye badger,

We’ll be back soon to see you wake!

Chicken by Jessica Warren aged 11

One afternoon four hens were out having their delicious corn meal.

When all of a sudden they were scooped up so they could be killed.

Oh no!  one clucked, I didn’t even get to finish my delicious corn meal.

No sooner had she started a flash, a blade, a raucous cluck of pain.

They did not know how they came to be sitting on a posh china plate.

And all of a sudden they were scooped up, this was their second time yet.

What they did not understand, was what they were now, a delicious chicken meal.

And swimming with your friends.

Dogs  By Holly Light aged 7

Dogs are good at jumping and love to run in grass.

Stinky dogs I do not mind.

Sometimes dogs have freedom when they run about in the grass. dog

Dogs are very smiley

Some dogs are very talented.

Dogs are very, very wet.

Dogs can be your friend by running about with you in the grass,

or you playing catch with it.

I would like a dog because I don’t care if it makes muddy paw prints on my duvet or licks my face …. dogs are your friends.

Freedom  by Hugo Ding aged 10

Freedom is to run,

To always see the sun,moon-clip-art-moon-clip-art-4

To see the stars,

To jump onto mars,

To go infinity and beyond,

To jump into a pond,

To experience space,

To discover a new race.

That is freedom,

The start of a new kingdom.

Apple Bomb/ Craziest Poem Ever

By Mary-Ellen Dyson, Age 8

He bit,

The grit,apple

KAPOW!

It fell down,

He flew,

Birdpoo,

Flew on,

The bomb,

SMASH!

BASH!

His mum,

Said “He’s gone!”

She saw,

What was before,

Her son,

And Mum,

Was glum,

And Dad,

Was sad,

And Nan,

Said “Fake tan,

Is a cure,

For the poor,

Souls,

Who have holes,

In their heart,

Now, let’s part.”
