11-plus Maths and English Course

Date: Sunday 19th November 2017

Time: 10.00am to 12.30pm

Location: Woodhouse College, Woodhouse Road, London N12 9EY

1 hour Maths – The maths session will look at the more challenging problems that are typical of independent schools papers. Your child will be given the opportunity to tackle multi step problems and discuss different ways to approach these problems.

1 hour and 15 mins English –  The English session will focus on one of the longer questions that typically appear on comprehension papers for independent schools. There will be instruction on the creative writing paper focusing on how to approach a choice of titles or how to write about a picture stimulus.

There will be a 15 minute break in between the two sessions where your child can approach the tutors with questions.

Fee: £110.00 for the course and Succeed 11-plus mock on 3rd December (usual combined price for course and mock £125.00)
