This lesson aims to help build your child’s confidence and ability in their 11-plus exams.
This lesson focuses specifically on writing a diary entry with many of the skills being
taught crossing over to other 11-plus written tasks too.
Each step of the lesson is accompanied by printable documents and a video that will
guide your child through the preparation stage of their story and finally, the writing task.
The videos involve your child in the process of writing, as if they were in a classroom
with our tutor. They can be paused at any time.
We hope your child enjoys the lesson and produces their best piece of writing yet!
Your child will need:
• an A4 piece of paper
• a pen or pencil and a highlighter
• the accompanying print-out
